I’m pleased to announce our second official sponsor for the 2025 season, Jakobi Farms out of Granton, WI. A family business that combines 20 years of pulling experience along with a lifelong profession of farming, we are excited to have them on board with us.
Jakobi Farms specializes in a number of custom services that includes crop bagging and custom spraying. They also milk 75 cows and farm over 600 acres with corn, hay and soybeans. The family manages the tough weekly schedule with Denny and Tracy running the day to day operations while kids Brandon, Isaac, Malorie and Kelcy help out when they can step away from their own very busy schedules. It’s a farm that got started under Denny’s dad and now the next generation of Jakobi’s have officially taken over the business to keep the family name on it.
When this family isn’t hard at it on the farm, they campaign a Super Farm tractor known as “Black Stallion” on the WTPA circuit. Denny started with this machine about 20 years ago, running it with Vaughn Loos. About ten years ago, Denny took over the tractor full-time. To further support the club, Denny has worked closely with the administration of the WTPA over the years. Denny’s sons now work on the track staff and his soon-to-be daughter-in-law works registration as well.
Having the Jakobi Farms team on board with Dairyland Pulling Promoters for the 2025 season is no doubt the types of bonds we strive for. This family loves pulling through and through, now they can put yet another bullet point on that resume as they help power us through another season of promoting pulling.
Thank you Jakobi Farms for the 2025 sponsorship.
